Board of the German-Kosovar Economic Chamber received by the German Chancellor's Office

The Director of Shkolla Digjitale and StarLabs, Hana Qerimi, took part in an official visit to Berlin as a member of the Board of the German-Kosovar Chamber of Commerce (OEGJK). The Chamber's official delegation, led by the Board Chair, Eriola Bibolli, accompanied by OEGJK board members Hana Qerimi and Drinor Selmanaj, Executive Director Nora Hasani, and Market Entry Lead Besarta Hyseni, held important meetings during the visit, focusing on strengthening bilateral ties and fostering economic cooperation between the two countries, as well as coordinating joint activities throughout 2024. The delegation members held meetings with: • The Department for International Economic Cooperation / Office of Chancellor Scholz • The Department for EU Enlargement, Southeastern Europe, Turkey / Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action • The German Chamber of Commerce and Industry / DIHK • The Eastern Committee of the German Economy / Ost-Ausschuss der deutschen Wirtschaft • German Economic Team / Berlin Economics • OASA e.V. The delegation was also invited to the New Year's reception of the Eastern Committee of the German Economy, where the Federal Minister of Finance, Christian Lindner, gave a speech. During the reception, delegation members had meetings with German businesses and representatives of German and international institutions. The OEGJK delegation had the opportunity to inform German partners about the Chamber's role, recent economic developments in the country, and ongoing initiatives aimed at strengthening bilateral relations. The role of the German-Kosovar Chamber of Commerce as an important partner of ours has contributed to the success of Shkolla Digjitale and StarLabs, paving the way for collaborations and innovation with German companies in the technology field, particularly with the global foreign language course giant Berlitz, as well as numerous clients with whom StarLabs has partnerships. We thank the German-Kosovar Chamber of Commerce for making this visit possible, which serves as an important step towards deepening cooperation between Kosovo and Germany.
