When you fill in the registration form, we store: first name, last name, age, phone number, email, city, type of training (in-person or online), and the schedule you prefer. We also store the language of the page you sent it from, the date of submission, the status of the request, and notes our staff add during contact. We use these for one thing only: to contact you and finalize the registration. Do not write health or other sensitive data in the form. We do not need them. In addition, the page keeps three technical cookies and — only if you give consent — measurement tools. See the cookies section.

For the registration form, our basis is the preparatory steps before the contract: you request registration, we respond. Without this data we cannot contact you. The consent box in the form confirms you have read this policy. For analytics and marketing cookies, the basis is your consent. They are not activated before you give it, and you can withdraw it at any time. For the three technical cookies, the basis is our legitimate interest that the page is secure and functional. Without them the form cannot be sent.

The site uses Google Analytics (from Google) to see how many visitors we have, which pages are read, and from which country visits come. This helps us improve the site. We also use Meta Pixel (from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) to measure how many people come to us from our ads and to show ads to people with similar interests. We teach children and teenagers aged 7 to 18. The registration form must be filled out by the parent or legal guardian, not the child themselves. It stores the student's first name, last name, and age, as well as the phone and email of the person submitting the form. As a parent, you can request at any time to view, correct, or delete the data we have about your child. If we notice a request was sent by a child without the parent's knowledge, we delete it. One important thing: measurement and advertising tools do not distinguish a child from an adult. If your child browses the site, we recommend you refuse tracking.

We are open with you: until this period is set and implemented, submitted requests remain stored in our database without automatic deletion. Technical cookies expire on their own after 2 hours. Only our authorized staff reads registration requests, within our system. They are stored on a server we maintain ourselves, in [FILL IN: server location and data center provider name]. We do not use an external service for sending emails, so your request does not pass through another platform. The site goes through Cloudflare, which protects us from attacks and speeds up the site. Cloudflare sees the IP address and technical requests. If you give consent, Google receives analytics data and Meta receives Pixel data, according to their terms. We do not sell data to anyone.

Google and Meta are American companies. If you give consent, data about your visit is sent and processed in the United States and in their other centers abroad. The laws there for data protection are not the same as ours and we have no control over them. Cloudflare also processes requests on servers abroad. Registration requests are not sent abroad. They remain on our server. If you do not want your data to go abroad for measurement and advertising, refuse analytics and marketing cookies.

You can ask us for: — a copy of the data we have about you or your child; — correction of anything inaccurate; — deletion of the data; — restriction or prohibition of its use; — the data in a format you can take with you. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it and has no consequence for you or your child's registration. At the bottom of every page there is the link «Cookie settings». Open it, uncheck analytics or marketing and save. From that moment nothing more is sent to Google or Meta. Previously placed cookies can also be deleted from your browser settings. Withdrawal applies to the future. Data collected before it remains with Google and Meta according to their deadlines; if you want to delete those too, write to us and we will help.

We update this policy when the way we work changes — for example, when we add or remove a measurement tool. The version in force is always the one you read here, with the update date at the top. If a change affects what you have consented to, we ask you again via the cookie banner. We do not add new tracking tools without asking for your consent.
