The Director of Shkolla Digjitale and StarLabs, Hana Qerimi, was part of the delegation of the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, at the world's largest technology conference, Web Summit, held in Lisbon, Portugal. At Web Summit, President Osmani delivered a speech discussing the success and potential of Kosovo's technology sector. She appeared at this conference with her delegation of successful businesses, emphasizing their importance and achievements in our country and beyond. "At this year's Web Summit in Portugal, I am accompanied by a talented team of young women and men from Kosovo's growing ICT sector," President Osmani wrote on her Twitter account after her speech. "Together, we are not only putting Kosovo on the map as a key destination in the ICT sector, but also as a regional leader and global champion in this sector." On the other hand, Hana Qerimi expressed her stance on President Osmani's great support, emphasizing that such support not only strengthens the credibility of local businesses but also contributes to the challenge of portraying Kosovo positively on a global level. "Very honored to be part of the representative delegation of President Vjosa Osmani at the largest technology conference, Web Summit in Lisbon," Hana wrote on her Facebook social network account. "President Osmani's continuous support in promoting local businesses is a great value for increasing credibility and improving impressions of our state in the international arena, which remains one of the biggest challenges for us," Hana concluded.
