The newest teaching methodology in the world

As a result of old teaching methods that do not match at all with the time we live in today, children are facing great difficulties in learning, lacking focus and interest to learn the lessons offered to them since they do not match the digital world in which they live today.

Classic learning does not work with this generation

Children today spend most of their free time on technology; their connection to the world through technology makes them very aware of global trends, and each has their favorite game. On the other hand, the teaching processes that students follow have continued to convey old traditional methods that do not match their reality at all, and naturally this causes them to lose focus and interest in learning. Age does not matter, but logic and experience are what reflect success, because children today are much more exposed to information than previous generations.

Now is the time when teaching must evolve

Considering that we live in the era of digitalization, adapting the logic of technological games, which greatly stimulates children's enjoyment and motivates them to keep playing even more, has been assessed as a very good initiative to be linked with the learning process, in order to create results in progress as well as enjoyment in the learning experience.

Learning levels are like levels in a game

Gamification is a new form of the learning process from what we are used to seeing so far, where children through continuous engagement as in games will pass through levels, from basic to advanced, through experience points or XP (Experience Points).

What is Gamification?

Children earn these points as recognition of their work while they learn, when they complete various tasks and challenges. Such an assessment, which comes as a result of this teaching methodology, overturns the method of grading through marks, which makes students demotivated and afraid of new tasks or challenges because they have continuous chances to show success.

Assessment through experience, not grades

It has been established that learning through play is much more successful than classical learning, so based on the success of this trend, Shkolla Digjitale has implemented this methodology in the learning process by dividing students into four categories (houses), based on the traits children possess, where the student is a character in the game.

During learning, the student is a character in the game

For children, the tasks assigned to them are an obligation that is not always the most fun time for them! However, our way of teaching through the "Gamification" methodology makes them encouraged to actively participate in tasks by feeling challenged in various ways to achieve the result of the task step by step and making them feel at the same time that they are completing a game. This way turns the entire process of completing the task into play and fun, and as a result gives satisfactory and real results, and greatly helps in the development of their logic. Assessing students' progress and tasks through XP (Experience Points) points turns out to be more rewarding than discouraging in their engagement and completion of assigned tasks.

Learning competitions are not with tests and grades, but with personal and collective experience.

Students will be monitored continuously, with their progress being tracked and rewarding them with badges such as: best student, fastest, most cooperative, moving to the next level, best group, and many others. Each student in the learning system at Shkolla Digjitale has their own space where they present their projects/tasks and at the same time see the assessments. In this way, students are motivated and constantly feel challenged for more since they always see their earned badges visually in the system for achievements in completing tasks.

Each challenge will help the student collect points, moving from one level to the next and being rewarded with certain privileges for the respective level. The longevity as a student of Shkolla Digjitale, who has reached the final level of the course and this process, will be rewarded with an internship or even employment. Over time, the game dynamics will define how the game and students will constantly evolve, making gamification very fun, which will also keep students engaged. One of our main goals and the starting point of the whole idea is for your child to benefit from a modern form of learning, through which they will be equipped for the job market.

Results are a journey, not an obligation
