Digital School at the Biggest HR Summit in Kosovo

At the biggest HR summit organized in Kosovo, Power to HR - Global HR Summit by KosovaJob, Hana Qerimi was part of the panel together with Kaltrina Lloncari from Mercedes Benz, Benjamin Kadić from Popcorn Recruiters and Serdzan Arnautović from Meta, where among other things they discussed recruitment challenges, the importance of employer branding, and methods for overcoming challenges. "Today, the first workers of the Digital School and StarLabs are at a managerial level, who have grown gradually along with the development of both companies. StarLabs, which initially had only 2 programmers, now has over 200 employees, becoming the largest software development company in Kosovo, with the most programmers from all local companies," said Hana among others.
