A free technology training program turned into professional practice and employment for the best-performing participants.
In collaboration with IREX and with USAID's support for workforce development, Shkolla Digjitale offered free training in Python, DevOps, and Full Stack.
From learning to a real project
After DevOps training, Gent Brovina continued with a three-month internship at StarLabs. There he applied his knowledge to real projects and then joined the team as a DevOps Engineer.
